Who we are?

The Biomimicry Singapore Network was set up in 2016 with an aim to unite a diversity of people in Singapore such as biologists, engineers, designers, architects, lawyers, entrepreneurs as individuals, institutions, and corporates to connect and learn about nature-inspired innovation that can be truly transformative.

 

We like to think of ourselves as a tree. One that has grown from a sapling to a maturing tree in the past years working with a diversity of experts and advisors. We conduct biomimicry walks, talks, workshops for children, teachers, and professionals, and outreach events. We are very excited and working hard to develop nature-inspired curriculums for outdoor education in Singapore. Stay tuned and watch this space.

We are part of the global biomimicry networks through the Biomimicry Institute (USA), and affiliated with leading biomimicry and education organizations namely bioSEA, Biomimicry 3.8, CreativeKids, and Learn Biomimicry (South Africa).
